2.4 Refund Processing for EU Withdrawals

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

Partial Performance: If you have used the Service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service provided before you withdrew.

After the 14-day EU withdrawal period, our general policy is:

  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods

  • Incurs real-time costs (AI processing, infrastructure) for each use
  • Cannot be "returned" once content has been generated

4. Plan Duration and Access Period

4.1 One-Time Payment Model

Our Service operates on a one-time payment basis with no automatic renewals:

  • When you purchase a paid plan (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year), you receive access for that specific duration
  • There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals
  • At the end of your access period, your account automatically reverts to the free plan
  • You must manually purchase a new plan to continue using paid features

4.2 No Cancellation Required

Because we do not use automatic renewals:

  • There is no need to cancel to prevent future charges
  • Your payment is a one-time transaction for the period you selected
  • You will never be charged again unless you explicitly purchase a new plan
  • Your access simply expires at the end of the period you paid for

4.3 Early Termination and Prorated Refunds

If you decide you no longer want to use the Service before your paid period ends:

  • You will retain full access until the end of the period you paid for
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time (after the 14-day EU withdrawal period)
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan when the period expires

Example:

  • You purchase a 3-month plan on January 1
  • You stop using the Service on January 15
  • You still have access until March 31 (end of 3-month period)
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time (January 15 - March 31)
  • Your account automatically becomes a free account on April 1

4.4 No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for:

  • Unused time remaining in your paid access period (after the 14-day EU withdrawal period)
  • Unused features or generation limits
  • Deciding not to use the Service anymore
  • Purchasing a longer plan duration before your current period expires

5. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We may issue refunds outside the 14-day withdrawal period in the following exceptional circumstances:

5.1 Technical Issues

Full or Partial Refund Available:

  • The Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Critical features are non-functional and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Technical errors prevent you from accessing your account or using core features

5.2 Billing Errors

  • You engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • You violated usage limits or fair use policies

7.4 Third-Party Issues

  • Problems with LinkedIn (your LinkedIn account being suspended, posts not performing well, etc.)
  • Issues with third-party integrations beyond our control
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective assessment)

Note: AI-generated content may vary in quality and relevance. We provide tools and technology, but the suitability of generated content depends on your specific needs and use case.

7.5 Free Plan Users

  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds (as no payment was made)
  • Free plan limitations are clearly communicated and are not grounds for refunds

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1 Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

8.2 Consequences of Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide documentation to your payment provider
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or invalid, we may pursue recovery of costs and fees

  • You retain full access for the entire period you paid for

10.2 Multiple Plan Purchases

If you purchase a new plan before your current plan expires:

  • The 14-day EU withdrawal period applies to each individual purchase
  • New plan periods are added to the end of your current period (time stacks)
  • No refunds for earlier purchases once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed

10.3 Promotional and Discounted Plans

Plans purchased with promotional codes, coupons, or discounts:

  • Are subject to the same refund policy
  • Refunds (if eligible) are issued for the amount actually paid, not the full price
  • Promotional access (e.g., free trial upgrades) is not refundable

10.4 Free Trials

If we offer free trial periods:

  • Free trials are not eligible for refunds (as no payment was made)
  • You are not charged during the trial period
